About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial and contracts Manager with expertise in tendering to join our leadership team in the manpower services industry. The successful candidate will oversee strategic tendering opportunities, client negotiations, and drive commercial growth by maintaining strong client and supplier relationships while ensuring profitability across contracts. You will lead tender processes, analyze market opportunities, and implement strategies to win bids in line with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing end-to-end tendering processes, strategic planning, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and a strong understanding of the manpower services sector's operational nuances.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in tender management and bid preparation within the manpower services, staffing, or recruitment sectors.
Strong commercial acumen with a history of driving profitable revenue growth.
Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and strategic decision-making.
Experience managing high-value contracts and ensuring timely delivery.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with clients and vendors.
Data-driven approach with expertise in market analysis, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, tendering, contract management, and commercial roles—ideally in the manpower services, staffing, or recruitment industry.
Familiarity with tendering tools, and contract management systems.
Proficiency in financial planning and analysis related to contract profitability.
