About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Specialist - Tenders and Contracts to join our team. In this role, you will manage and oversee the entire tendering process and contract management, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit tenders in line with client requirements and deadlines.
Review and draft contracts, ensuring clear and compliant terms.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tenders and contracts.
Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
Support the negotiation of contract terms with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Maintain accurate records of tenders, contracts, and correspondence.
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth contract and tender processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Law, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in tendering or contract management.
Strong understanding of procurement and contract processes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to analyze complex documents and legal terms.
Should be available to join immediately.
Local hire only.
